Online registration will close on October 19th, 2011.
After October 19th, attendees should prepare to pay the registration fee of
$220 at onsite registration.
Onsite registration will be held during the following times:
Wednesday, October 26th 1:00pm-7:00pm
Thursday, October 27th
7:00am-7:00pm
Friday, October 28th
7:00am-12noon
